Yes, you can. Unbolt the entire caliper and bracket assembly from the truck, remove the pads, then slide the caliper (with guide pins still in it) apart from the bracket. Then go about your business cleaning and regreasing everything.

Hmm, I learned something new. I didn't know it would still come apart with the torx bolt still in and tight. Good to know.
