please share........how do these air dam extensions mount? Is there any hardware included or necessary to install them?

Yeah, but I got mine and walked out with it the same day from a GM dealership.

It's semi-gloss black. It looks a lot better than the graphite grey or light grey ones!
I wouldn't be changing it out if I didn't like it better. All the new 06' & up trucks have the black ones. Check them out.
