I think I still have the "rear seat lift kit" LOL if you are interested.
Dident you have any problems with the length of the bolts? I built a box myself with 2 10's and an amp tray...it fits perfict but i wanted to lift my seat an inch or two to let some air in their. But when i looked at the mounting bolts they dident seem ling enough...not enough thread. Did u replace them or are yours different?

Probox makes a box that fires down under the seat. I had one w/ 2 10s and a 500 watt mono amp and it was rattling **** loose in my truck but you couldnt hear it real loud out of the truck whick I liked.
I have 2 6" JL on 300 behind the back seat of my CC right now and its not to loud just some nice clean bass.

YES, it will fit. I have a powered one in my truck right now. Very happy with it. Not as happy as I was with my old dual 10" solobarics, but I do like it for what it is. I would recommend it.
