In mytr uck with the 5.3 it would have taken everything in my sig to hit a 13 minus the nitrous. And even then it was optimistic but in a 6L with the mods that I had and a cam you should be in the high 13s or you can spray it like you said. But I owuldnt recommend spray it was fun while it lasted but toasted my engine in a few months.

There are a couple VHOs around here in the 13s. CAI, exhaust, tune, 26" drag radials, and some weight reductions. I am hoping I can do it without the weight reduction(besides 16s up front and DR out back) since I got the LT headers.

If that dont work, I am either doing the 212/218 522/529 114lsa or the TR224 and a TB converter.

in my awd ss i was pulling off mid to high 13s on the lq9, I had trailblazer converter, cam, udp, cai, headers, cutouts, and some weight reduction, and custom tunning. i still weighed in at around 5200lb, getting to the 14s is fairly easy but faster than that takes alot more.

a stock 5.3L needs more converter anyway. just stick'r in there.
