15s on the rear?

Default 15s on the rear?

I was wondering if there is anyway 15s will fit on the rear, i can get a decent set for some slicks from a friend....
what would it take?

15" 6 lug in our bolt spacing? I don't think they will clear the calipers.

he had them on his 67 2wd..
same pattern i believe
could i grind the caliper a little or is it that much bigger?

I've heard of 15's on the rear, but you have to grind..grind..grind..grind..grind..grind..

how much grinding?
and would it affect the brakes badly?

You can grind them and make the 15s fit but personaly I wouldn't do it. Not worth the risk of cracking a caliper in a sudden stop to put on some cheap slicks.

i looked at it actually and i think ill just try to find some 16s....
now i need to decide between 18s or 20s...
