Default 2006 Silverado A/C acting up all of a sudden

Back story, about a month and a half ago I replaced the service ports as they were leaking a little bit. Vacuumed down and held overnight, charged the system back up and it was working fairly well, about as good as expected considering at the time we had 100F days and stupid humidity (typical Houston summer) and the recirculate actuator hasn't worked since I've owned the truck.. and the truck is black.

Couple days ago coming home from work in the morning (night shift) I left the truck on remote start while going in to grab some kolaches. Came back out and the air is blowing HOT and I mean hot like the heater is on. As I started moving, it got cold again. Sit at a traffic light and it starts blowing hot. This is the dual zone automatic (digital) control head system, by the way.

Haven't had a moment to throw the gauges on it yet so I just parked the truck and have been driving my '93 dually which I just did a full system replacement on so I could convert it to R134a and it's cooling beautifully, but that truck has 506 other problems that need addressing so I need to get this other A/C figured out soon..

Any suggestions/known issues I should be investigating first?

Edit - I guess I should add, the compressor is kicking on, it is running at the time the air is blowing hot.

Thanks,
Richard

Look up all of the posts about resetting the controls and replacing the blend door motors. Don't worry about the pressures yet. It sounds like you are another victim of unnecessary technology

Yup, blend door motors fail ALL THE TIME in these things. When they do they usually go all the way one way and get stuck there. Usually the most obnoxious possible way (like, full heater in the summer). Most likely what has happened to yours.

Blows cold while moving, gets hot when stopped. Your fans/fan clutch etc...functioning properly?
