Default 2007 1/4 Mile Times

Have any of you guys taken the new model '07 Silverado/Sierras to the track yet? I'm wondering how they run compared to the 1999-2006 5.3's, specifically. If you have run your '07 truck at the track, please post your times and specs.

thanks

nice thread ,
these guys need to slow down with their typing and spelling and give
a full signature.
my 07 6.0 runs good but still needs a the tune finished.
above 3000 rpm it pulls close to what my 04 5.3 radix did, below that it's hurry up and wait.
tune is the big deal, imho

the vortec max are killer with a tune...i've seen an ext cab max with 20s and tune only hit a 14.5 and a 4door max with 24s with tune only hit a 14.7...not bad if u ask me, fast and rolling in style!!

I'm going to free up some time next week and go run the truck again. Hopefully it's not raining. I went 15.3 on stock tune. I don't know if it's because it was a WORK TRUCK or what, but since it's been tuned it feels like a missle. Times should be much better.

DA is 2,245 feet at the track right now. I'm leaving now for NPR that is close to the DA when I ran last time. this should be a good test.
