Recently a shop powder coated some calipers off a 2020 Silverado to fit my 05(factory big brake kit).
I can not seem to find information for factory torque specs to the 4 bolts that assemble the caliper halves.


I did grind down the 'kit kat' stump from the caliper itself, left enough material to feel a bump across the face. Powder coat filled in the surface gap, but shop did use a lot more powder. Applied high heat decal after base color then clear.

Couple braps with a 3/8th impact should do. Or just the german spec of good n' tight, aka very snug.
