75mph @ 2400 yields a 29" tire for you.

how did you measure your tire? - if the tire is on the truck, measuring from the ground up, with weight on the tire, then you will not get a proper measurement.

4x4's came with 32" tire from the factory, didn't they? Why not go up to that size?

I got 275/70/16's on mine...should be able to see them in the idle vid in my sig. I like them a lot. Best bang for the buck that's for sure.

My 275/60-16 Toyos are about 28" tall too, kbracing. Yeah, I was kinda disappointed too because I expected them to be closer to 29", like how Toyo advertises them. Shorter height means a deeper gear ratio but I don't like the excessive fender gap. I'll probably get some 265/70 tires next. 275/70 tires are too tall, IMO.

Which ones you want me to measure? Im sure the rears are about 26" if you know what i mean.. haha
I got some new ones in the shop... prob goin to burn off some All Terrains and get the Toyos mounted up.. ill measure them and let ya know.
I finally learned how to launch this beast!!
I got bored on the way home and decided to try a few things..

I heated them up for about 10 seconds and stalled it up to 2200 and thats all my front brakes can hold right now... and i mashed on the gas pedal just a lil and released the brake and rolled on the throttle fairly quickly.. it felt good and broke them loose at the top of 1st and then shifted to 2nd and it stayed hooked..

Guess ill just save up for some MTs or a real tire and just take it easy on these Toyos.. $106 each gets expensive pretty quick..

I kind jumped the gun a little, as I needed tired pretty bad, so I bought a set of 17 stock chrome wheels off a 07 with 200 miles ($125 off Craigs list ) and ordered a set of Toyo Poxies S/T 275/60/17 . Same as I had before, only for 17's, so should be a inch or so taller, hope they help my mileage

i'm in the same boat as you, except i'll be running them with my 4.10s... right now my 265/70/17s spin about 2200-2400 rpm @ 70-75... i think they will be about an inch shorter...and i'm hoping they won't kill me on mpg
