Default 28" radiator to 34" swap question

Ive searched around regarding this swap. I am planning on a 34" aluminum radiator once the weather gets a little nicer. Do the original hoses for the 28" fit or will I need to buy longer hoses?

Thanks

I can't remember replacing them on the trucks I converted.

I have done this swap a couple times now everything works fine just swap the radiators and put the bigger fans on and it will work. I have some pics when I did the swap to my 01 I'll post them later today... Right now it's beach time!!! Lol

Re-use the same hoses, but you'll have to cut the rubber flaps on the sides of the tanks of the 28" radiator, piece of cake. You'll see what I'm talking about when you pull the old rad out

?? Curious what you mean here...thinking about doing this swap, but only want to do it if it's a straight bolt in.

Everything is the same. If you look at it now with the 28 inch radiator you can see how the hoses are kind of kinked over towards the drivers side so they hook up to that narrow radiator. With the 38 inch radiator it all looks better like it was meant to be that way.

I didn't have to mess with the rubber flaps. They were already wide enough to fit the wider radiator.
