So did he just like gut the transfer case and still use the rear output shaft of the transfer case? I'm confused to how that even works....

I have removed the différential case and keep the output saft and tail housing.

I've got 2 Vss on the transfert case, I've unplug the front one and keep the rear Vss.

About the front hubs, I've kept the stock one and I've modified them.(The front ABS sensor stay stock).

How can I disable the 4WD fonction ? Do I really need a need tail housing for a new VSS provision?
Is there a specific PCM wiring for 2WD (and work with my rear Vss on my empty tranfert case?

Removal of the front differential case.

Hubs modifications:

See??

exactly, I've gut the TC and use the rear output shaft.
it works! I will take pix this afternoon. I'm running it and tuning it using Hptuners control for shifting.
I've got ABS light and 0 speedo (so no shifting), I can shift manually to 1 and 2 gear. (No DTC)

I'm living in France, output shaft shipping is expensive (long part). That's why I've choose this solution.

you need the rear most vss for your computer to read the speed in which it is turning, and if it cant read that it wont shift either, make sure you have the right vss plugged in

I also need to do 2WD my TC, but I have a a NVG149, what parts exactly do I have to remove from the TC to make it 2WD?
You can indicate the parts with the numbers bellow.

Thanks in advance.
