The 2.125 was in 2wd? Were you spinning em?

 

What's ur set up? I ran a 1.87 and did an 8.62... but im on a 31" tire on 4.10s.. I really want the 1.7s..

 

Yea that's was in 2wd spinning alittle.. 4.56s 33s 3500 converter.. with some street tires and a 4wd launch that went straight I think I could be right there with you on the 60ft

 

thats a nice set up... im sure u can hit 1.8s on 4x4...

While i wait on my cousin to have time to install everything i went ahead and picked up a tbss intake manifold with an 87mm throttle body which is going to get ported to a 90mm.. i hope this doesnt affect me since ive heard it has on other 5.3s.. also just to let u guys know i went with the yank sst 3600 conveter.. sold my circle d 3c and got a new yank...

 

You should do a before and after with the intake. Doing all those mods at once, won't let you be able to tell if the intake hurts it or not.

If that 3600 affects your truck the way my PI 3600 affected mine, then your going to have do to some suspension work to get it to hook, lol.

 

actually i will do a before and after since i wont have the money for the xlink for a while i will be running the truck on the new cam and stall for a while... i will do a before and after but with the same tune since i wont have money 2 retune twice so i will wait for a dyno tune until i get the tbss installed.. i hope i gain power out of it since im on almost the same style engine from the trucks but just on the old intake manifold.. 799 heads and flat top pistons..

and im already working on front straps... i went broke with that converter..lol lets just hope i can get it to hook somewhat..

 

How are you liking the cam? I am eyeing the same one as well......
