Default 99-02 4 high mod

alright guys i have spent the last hour looking through old threads and searching but still haven't found a true answer. i have a 99 silverado and would like to do the 4 high mod and maybe add the drl's when in high. but i would like to do it without cutting any wires.
Is it even possible to do?
I know about cutting the yellow wire and grounding but can i just jumper a few of the relays?
and can someone tell me exactly which prongs they are. i would like to do the mod but dont really want to hack up the wiring,
Thanks guys
great site by the way

yep, ground out your low beams . . . meaning your ground wire on your low beam is not always "grounded" you'll have to cut the ground, and "ground it" to the core support, or some bare metal

pull off your head lamps, and do not touch the bulbs. There's two wires going into each of the plugs for the low beams, you need to ground one of those. It's either black or brown, I can't remember. . . I'll check later

when you hit your hi beams . . . . what does it do, it goes from the outside lamps to the inside lamps. . . . shutting off the outers

The 4 high mod makes it to where all 4 are lit when you have the high beams on.

So if you go out right now and hold back your blinker changer, right before it makes that click noise, you'll notice that it lights up all 4's, the above, makes it that way with out you having to hold them down.
