AC clutch wont engage

Check that the wires at the connector aren't broken, you may need to get new terminal pigtails, or a new connector and wire it in...if the wires are OK, check and makes sure that the terminals in the connector aren't spread out, if they are, take a pick and try to tighten them up....
If this info is incorrect, MrGoodwrench3 probably sees this problem every day and knows exactly what to do...hoping he would post up sooner.

Well now its starting to be a real pain in the ***.
If I force the clutch on, still doesnt get cold, but I can feel the low-side pipe and thats cold. When the system is off the low side pressure is around 50, when I turn on the ac it drops to below 0 looks like. I have to force it on with hptuners, the **** doesnt even activate the ac request.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe a leak as well as the switch. Notice any oil around the fittings or anything like that? The compressor usually will cut out before it pulls a vacuum on the suction side.
Since you just added freon the other day check to see that the schraeder valves re-seated.

I looked over the whole system and didnt see a leak, or any evidence of a leak, anywhere. Could the system be clogged somehow? If I remove the expansion valve to see if its clogged will that empty the system?

You really need to get a set of gauges on it at this point and observe the readings, then you will be able to tell if there's low refrigerant, or a clog, or something along those lines...if the gauges look good, then you may have a problem with a blend door staying shut or open allowing heat into the cabin...

Took it to a shop and the whole system was empty, so they refilled it and put some dye in to try and find the leak. Im willing to bet its the condensor because I tried to save a few bucks and got one from a salvage yard when I had to replace it.
