Default alignment? Driveline?

Ever since i got my truck i noticed it starts to bounce a little and the steering wheel shakes a little bit between 45-48mph then it stops. Parke10 thinks it has soomething to do with my driveline and i thought it was my alignment. Has anybody ever had or heard of this problem??

I work at a tire shop. My advice would be to 1st check to see if your wheels are properly balanced. Out of balance would cause a vibration in that speed range. I had the same problem in my truck, went away at high speeds. I rebalanced them and I was all better. Depending on the wheels they are either lug centric (wheel is centered by lugs) or hub-centric (wheel centered by hub). Most likely your lug-centric. Make sure they use the "fingers" on the balancer and not just the cone for lug-centric.

Trust me...if it was a bad driveline...you'd know it...ask anyone on here that's had a driveline go out. An improperly balanced dirveline will shake you out of the seat.
