They had one of a modded L racing one. It got beat. The L was running 12.8's horribly slow for it's mods, but that's not the point. All the L guys were even cracking on him for running so slow with that much in it, it was funny.

 

Who here hates the SRT-10 truck? No one I know of, it's a great truck w/ lots of potential with a good driver. It would be considerably faster w/ an auto for consistancy.

Would I buy one? Nope, no utility.

 

Who said anything about hating the SRT-10? I don't recall anybody. Funny video though.

 

If anyone here is hating an SRT-10 they are just jealous. That truck looks awesome and has one BAD **** naturally aspirated engine under the hood. Is it worth $50K to me? nope.

i think its ugly....i dont hate them though....and in fact i am kind of jealous that GM hasnt put a High HP N/A motor in reg cab.

 

I love that ram air on the intercooler design! Im jealous!

 

That has to be 1 fast little buger, oh and the truck looks cool . I have to hand it to dodge for making a very appealing truck, that being said I dont know about the rest of its counterparts?

 

The main differences being the truck looks good, has a warranty, and is a reliable/comfortable daily driver. The hyundai...well, its quick.

To each his own......but if you think about how much the viper costs and then look at the same drivetrain in a much bigger vehicle able to hual some stuff, its not a bad deal at ~30k less. Just too bad dodge engineered it to go 200mph rather than what people care about, quarter mile acceleration.

Although when its all said and done a 2nd gen Lightning is a much better deal IMO.

 

yeah the lightning is better and i hopethey put the new concept one into production soon so it will just shut up all of my friends who like the dodge srt-10. and bring them to there senses that the lightning is the best production sport truck hands down. hopefully my friend will soon get rid of his banana,a 01 gmc hot truck and get a lightning no offense his truck is quick and nice just needs a lightning but hell who does'nt
