Default for all of us reg. cabb guys

I always see alot of polls on systems, and what will work and what wont work in the regular cabb trucks.I have good news! The other day I went to talk to a friend at a local audio shop that I trust, to see what he thought about some opinions I have heard. I first asked him if 2 12's was possible, he said only if I want the steering wheel up in my chest! So i asked him what was best and he quickly pointed out to me a quality product that I think i'm going to get.It is a box for 2 10's, but this box is way different than what your probably thinkin of. The name of the company that makes it is called pro-box. Here's where it's different, it's made of the same stuff that a bedliner is (like that black plastic),the 10's face down and fire off of the floor(the box acctually sits up off the floor),the middle of the box is cut out so you still have space behind your console for whatever...amp...tools,jack...,and where the 10's mount in the box the front of it is clear plexi-glass so you can see the back side of the subb, which looks really clean. The box can hold almost any 10,and my friend says it sounds just as good with this set up rather than the 2 12's. The best part is its only 179$(mabey different where yall live). He said if I were to put say some rockford fosgate HX2 10's in there he said it would be very loud to put it gently. So if any of yall are interested on havin good bang, and still havn some room check this box out I tink it's just what were all lookin for. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

the part # is 99CRC210DF, here it is 179$
the box is a single piece unit with the center cut out,for extra storage space ,and says pro-box in the middle, but you can mount your amp on it or lightning cap or whatever .
? I cant remember the exact specs on the box but he said i could hold almost any 2 10's ont the market.
He also said out of the 20-somthin they've installed that the seat can stay back, all the way but he said he couldnt remeber if it was the whole seat or just the recline part?
Sorry I dont have a link cause i'm orderin it from the audio shop.

I considered a down firing box for my 10s when I did my setup but went aginst it for space reasons. I still need another 2" or so to make it work and I need the leg room. No doubt that the down firing would sound a bit louder/better though. What is the space requirements for the pro-box? Can you have you seat all the way back?

The front firing one looks just like the one I custom made for mine. The downfiring one does lood really nice but does seem kinda deep at the bottom and of course they didn't give any dimensions on that one.
