Default alternator help?

i need to pick up a new alternator and was wondering what you guys think about this one?

anyone runs this brand? is 200 amp to big?

any info would be great.

I run a 200A. As long as you can keep it cool, you can run it. More amps doesn't hurt, it's over voltage that blows things up.

200 amp is alot of alt, but Tuff stuff is nice. We have used a ton of them over the years with good results, as with the DB stuff aswell. ( better watch the non sponsored links)

I got a 145A on eBay for like $90 new, works very well so far. No point in anything more unless you have some big stereo.

i wanted a 145 but they only come in polished or chrome.
the 105 is $258 and the 200 is $278 so why not just get the 200 for $20 more....
