Default Any fix for out of round tires?

So my Tahoe sat for literally 6 months while I was deployed. I told my wife not to touch because it wasn't tuned for the new setup. I didn't think about the tires. So when I get home and start logging/tuning it shakes like a level 8 earthquake.
They have calmed down now below 45-50mph. Once I get over 55 it gets prety bad.
Had them balanced thinking it might be the problem and the tire shop shows me they are all 4 out of round. I was told that driving a good distance (50 miles straight) and heating them up might round them out again since they are radial tires.

Any truth to that or am I stuck buying new ties. (These were 95% new when I left)

Maybe after you drive it around more, they will return to the correct shape?

that is funny stuff.

if you can bear it, drive it for a while. they should be fine. When i was stationed in maine, i let my truck sit for a month or so in below 30 degree weather and it took a few days for them to be normal again. just make sure you dont park on the current flat spots until you get it sorted out.

Take a nice & long road trip. Those radials will come back to life.

Adding a few more pounds of air to them should help with the reshaping process too. The drag radials on my truck do this as it sits for weeks at a time some times and they are under inflated anyway. They ride very bouncy for the first couple miles then the smooth out. Your hoe should do the same but may take longer as long as it sat and if it is cold there in OK.
