Well my main goal is to find a truck. Not just any truck though. I have been looking for a 99 and up 5.3 reg/cab short bed silverado or sierra for two months and have only found five. Two were worth buying but i was not quick enough to snag them and the other three were well.....****! wrecked, bad trany, to many miles, etc etc.. so my goal is to find my truck by the summer so i can have a truck to pimp it in. you know what i mean?

Did you sell the 5.3? I'm looking to put a 5.3 in place of my 4.8. Maybe I should go with the 5.7 ?

My goal by summer would be HD front end, Pulleys, and some more billet. By the end of the year lay'd out on 20's.

Wish List for summer

- Nelsons Tune
- Headers
- Mirrors - painted to match
- Cowl cover - painted to match

I am getting pretty close to getting it the way I like it.
Maybe put some miles on it ( 6k ) now.

I'm leaning more towards the LS1 than the 6.0, but I'm not sure. I want to keep it a truck if you know what I mean. It's a heavy ext cab and I do use it, and don't want to sacrifice any of my load carring. Maybe a 6.0 out of a SS would be a bit better? For truck purposes anyway.

I guess my goal is going to be decide what motor I want to through in my truck.

Default Before summer...

I want to get my parts bin installed on the damn truck before I change my mind again!

...and depending on the performance, maybe the 4.10/Eaton.

Well I already have ASMs, a Magnaflow, and billet servos waiting to be installed in two weeks. And if winter ever ends I'll put the 20's back on and get the 250# of ballast out of the bed.

As for the future 2004 wishlist...

LS1 Fans
HD Radiator
Trailblazer converter if I can find a used one, if not Yank
ASP pulley
Transgo
LS1Edit tuning
Katzkins

In reality, after the mortgage, bathroom in need of renovation, wifes car needs tires and brakes, and with a baby on the way, I'll be lucky to do any of those things on the list.
