Anyone have issues with Thunder Racing?

Default Anyone have issues with Thunder Racing?

I ordered a D1SC Procharger kit from Thunder Racing 5 weeks ago now and still have not recieved it. I e-mailed them the day after I ordered it and was told it will be shipped to me withen 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and nothing. So I begin to call and send e-mails with no response finally got ahold of someone on wed, 2/9 and they tell me it's being shipped that day and would have a tracking number e-mailed to me. The package never showed up and never recieved a tracking number. I called again yesterday and they tell me it was never shipped and was going out today (2/15) and I was supossed to call and get the tracking number. I again get a run around with excuses after excuses and they still can not tell me if it has been shipped or what the tracking number is. Has anyone else had problems with this company? There customer service and attitude on the phone is complety horrible. I'm wishing I would have never done business with them.

you have more patients than me. I would have already canceled the order.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that, I've ordered from them a few times and never had a problem, but problems happen...keep us updated on how this works out.

Patients are about gone. The only reason I havn't cancelled it yet is cause it's winter and I havn't drove the truck for months. If I don't recieve proof of shipment in the next day or two i'm cancelling it or disputing the purchase with the credit card company. Whatever gets my money back.

i've ordered plenty of stuff, nothing like that though, and recieved it quick. that sucks. they are usually pretty good at delivering.

sounds like there good with handling the small things BUT the big things are killing them lol

This is actually the first complaint Ive heard about them.. Ive probably spent $20k with them over the years. I just recently ordered $300 in gaskets and had them in 3 days.

Never had issues with them, but never ordered any big items from them. Hell I talked to the owner there about some things, he wound up giving me a part that I had mentioned... Go figure. But ya, you def have been more then patient with it...
