Default battery relocated to bed

well i ended up putting my battery in the bed with a taylor battery relocation kit. i have the negitive and positive cables run to the back but my question is what do i do with the stock cables it looks like theres two small wires that run off the neg and pos that go into the fuse panel. my plan was to cut off the big cables and run the small neg to the frame and the small pos to the pos fuse block on the side of the alt bracket. any help would be awsome

From the + red box next to the alt, I replaced all the cables except the one from the box to the starter. I then ran a fused 2gauge cable from the battery to the starter terminal and a 4 gauge cable from the box to the fuse panel terminal post, also replacing the alt to + box with a 4 gauge cable.. I also upgraded the motor to frame cable to 4 gauge, the body to frame to 4 gauge, and the battery to frame is a 2 gauge. No issues and solid 14vdc for over a year this way.
