Black Foam Insulation Coming out of Vents
I seem to notice this when I have the fan on the highest setting and the blend door set to recirculate...I get little chunks of this sticky soft black foam insulation type stuff coming out of the vents. I have to assume that it's part of the HVAC system that's breaking loose...anybody else have this happen?

I hate this stuff, it stained the pristine carpet in my roadmaster
did a stereo install and a couple days later that crap was everywhere, and I'd inadvertantly ground it into the carpet while commuting long distance nasty stuff
couple a days ago a guy posted a pic of a newer truck
you could clearly see that crap comming off all around the radiator almost looked like someone sat there picking at it whilst Bull$hitting

LOL, I totally forgot that I started this thread, as I was about to start a duplicate all over again...good thing I decided to do a search first Guess all the partying from my younger days is catching up to me!
Yea Tim, that would be great if it was change coming out of the vents...I'd run my ac on high year round!
Sorry to hear about the carpet in your roadmaster bow tie guy I just found some more of this stuff, as it is 95* here, and I have the ac maxed and set to recirc. Glad that I have black Husky rubber floor mats instead of the grey ones that I used to have...I just have to be sure to check the light grey seats before I sit down for now on
