Default Bleeding Brakes? on OBS Tahoe

I just changed my pads and drums on my 97 4wd Tahoe and the brakes need to be bleed very badly becasue the pedal almost goes to the floor. I also have a very weak parking brake. Do you guys have any suggestions as to how I should bleed to brakes and maybe adjust the p-brake?

put a rubber hose on the nipple and the other end in a cup of brake fluid and turn it to allow flow, then gently squeeze the brake pedal. it will pump out air bubbles and return fluid if needed. make sure you keep your tank full and pop the top off. dont rush!

sorry its choppy i have to type this fast.

It's a 2 person job that way... Don't let up on the pedal with the bleeder loose or you will just suck air back in.

thats why i said put a clear rubber hose on the nipple and the other end in a cup/bottle of fluid, it wont let it return air.

As for the parking brake, I think you drive in reverse and hit the brakes a few times. That should rotate the brake adjuster enough to tension up the shoes. Which is probably part of the reason why the pedal is going to the floor; the rear shoes are too loose.

You might need to remove the rubber plug on the back and use a screwdriver to advance the adjuster a bit tighter.
