Default blinker indicator prob

my little noise maker thats tells u yuor blinker is on makes noise whenever it wants, switch in nuetral position, lights and inicators in dash not blinking, but its still makes the noise. i bought a new relay the one you have to tear half ur dash apart to get to, istalled it and it still makes noise whenever it feels nessasary.

also one of tensioners makes my belt skweel, like its not perfectly in line, it only does when im hard on her or when it all warmed up and it olny does at an idle and when i barely push down on the gas. once i get the rpm's up it goes a way.

if u guys could help, id much appritiate it.
thanx nick

the flasher that the dealer said to replace is part # 12450072, located on the back of side of dash fuse panel. ive pulled all the little relays and flashers out of the side panel none them seemed to make the noise go away.
i wonder if the noise maker has power strait to and it's internal relay is bad.

sounds like ill have to take the time to trouble shoot the prob. but i figure it i will report back with a detailed solution before someone else wants to blow their brains out of their skull to silence the noise.
