Bought a new truck! It hauls ***....
Okay, it would only haul *** if I had a donkey in the back of it
And, its not a "brand new" truck, but I did buy a temporary beater truck. I sold the GMC a few weeks ago, with plans to go out and purchase a brand new diesel truck. But, after talking with my mortgage company (having a house built right now), they said that wouldn't be wise to do. SO, I bought this 1994 Chevrolet 1500 longbed to use for work and parts chasing.
The truck is very clean, whoever owned it before took very good care of it. I only paid $2500 cash for it, its a 4.3L V6 5-speed, with 167K miles on it. Had it emissions test inspected last week and it passed very well.
I can't buy a new truck until June, when I am supposed to close on the mortgage. So, this is the temporary LS1TECH parts chaser. Probably the cleanest $2500 truck you will find around here!
