Yes isn't good enough. We want a paragraph explaining WHY you want a lounge. 
I'm on the fence about it. The only difference between a lounge and the way it is now would be the allowance of off topic material. Other than that the same rules that applied in the old lounge and now in GTT will apply in the new lounge or whatever it is that's happening.

We want the Lounge Back due to the Fact that im more in to trucks(along with all the Truck Drivers) then F-bodys and everday i lurk more on the GM Truck&SUV Dep. Now we wont be making no NWS Threads what so ever!....You can have my word on that...But for us Truckers its better to have our own lounge to discuss everything from Kickin Back to everyday driving a truck! Now this is more of a car forum and only a few share truck related topics but having our own Lounge will help understand more Truck Tech then in the Racers Lounge!..... let me hear everyone elses Toughts
