Tell him to go to titantalk.com. That way he can get a heads up on what problems he can expect. I used to go there all the time when I was truck shopping. I went there the other day just for fun. Every other thread concerns a problem with the truck.

window probs, vibration probs, warp rotor probs, a/c probs, ummm, there were a **** load of problems. i just gazed over that way and they have a section devoted to nothing but problems.

this is a new truck so i am sure it will get better as the years roll on.

oh yea, some guy made 286 hp with a volant intake. didn't read if he had exhaust. that isn't too bad imo.

Mine only has the radio problem and it isn't bugging me enough to take it in. Half of the problems there are just from people wanting Rolls Royce quality and comfort (for whatever reason), IMO.

I say ruin em! There is a stroke I work with who thinks his Tacoma TRD is going to take my Silverado. I chalenged him to a pull, and his is yet to accept. He wont run 1/4 either, and that is probably his best chance.
