Default Burning oil smell

I have noticed for a while now that when I'm running 45 or above if I let off the gas I can smell burning oil for a couple seconds. The truck dosnt smoke at all. I'm thinking it may be oil in the intake. If so I'm going to install a catch can. What hose do I tee the catch can into? It's an 04 5.3. Thanks

Mileage? It's at the back of the driver side head, to the intake manifold.

I'm right at 100,000. Don't know what you mean by at the back of the head, I can smell it in the cab but if I'm under the hood and it's idling I can't smell anything.
