talk to Justin.. I forgot his screen name somethin like J'01silverado or somethin like that. He had this pretty trick white tape. Zzebes had some blue tape as well. Talk to either of them

I have heard of guys using PAM and see no reason why not. You could even use the bacon flavored PAM.....

Jason, yeah, he uses the white tape they prep new cars for tranpso with.

I've used this with good results...



Makes Rubber Rinse Off With Just Water!
Water burnouts create good traction - but look at that tire rubber splattered across your race car's quarter panel! What a job. Tired of difficult and time consuming cleanup after the race?

Now, before your next race, spray Geddex™ Burnout Guard™ on the body sections you used to scrub. Geddex™ dries clear and won't harm paint. It becomes a water-soluble layer of protection between hot splaters of tire rubber and the nice clean quarter panels of your car. When you're ready, just rinse down the splattered area with water and wipe away the rubber. Spray on Geddex™ Burnout Guard™ again, and you're protected for another day at the drag strip!

I typed the word Geddex into google and found the Burnout Guard product at a site called Car Shop Inc it sells for $10.95 for a 160z bottle. I'm for sure going to try it and maybe some of the other suggestions you guys have gave here. I for one like to keep my truck looking clean and I sure don't want to have to spend the hours it has taken to clean all the melted rubber & glue from under and on the truck again. Hopefully it will be just a small wash and rinse from now on. I'll let ya know.
