Default Bypassin RADIATOR trans cooler.. do you plug? thread size?

Do I even need to plug the radiator side for trans cooler, if I want to bypass the radiator trans cooler? If so what size plugs do I need to get? I plan to get rid or the stock internal cooler, soon as I do my tranny swap in the next few weeks. I was thinking, I may even add a 3rd trans cooler, or keep the 2 big ones. Cooler is always better. The 4K stall needs it.
