A/C blower?

A/C blower?
The truck is an '03 2500 HD DMax. Blower works only on the "high" position. Yesterday it worked on the high position and the next notch lower. The first three positions have been dead for several weeks. It's not the fan switch. We swapped the control panel with one from another truck and it had the same problems. What else could be the problem? TIA

they still have a resistor, it is close to the blower, screwed in to the case
bet if you pull it out the connector will be burnt and you will have some blown hvac fuses, there are 2 of them!!!
