Your really gonna complain over 5 degree's? When its that cold your not gona be able to physically tell the difference. They probably used a machine that gives you a print out and has temp probes that run from the machine to the vents. If your testing on the drivers side vents then it might not be as cold as if you were testing on the passnger side vents since they are closest to the evaporator.

When I ended up getting charge $350 dollars and it taking them 6 hours (instead of starting on it when they said they would) I am going to complain over 5 degrees.
That was passenger side vent temp.

New symptom that didn't occur before.
I had my family loaded up in it and we were doing errands and it was working ok'ish.
Stopped off at oriley to pick up some parts for my brothers truck, and left them in it with it running. I expected to get in it and have it be hot.
It was 'cool', however as soon as we started driving again it went to HOT for about 3-4 minutes before it started to cool down again. Sound like blend door? Temp sensor?

When I replaced my compressor earlier this year I noticed the pcm would cut off the compressor before it reached 280 psi.
Did you also replaced the rear expansion valve? Prior to the ac work earlier the rear air was always a little cooler than the front.

I just had my silverado done at another shop. It is ice cold now. The shop said they were a little concerned about my high pressure however, and it was 295. They are going to take my suburban thursday and keep it all day and basically rip it apart and find the problem.
