Default A/C(Heater) blowing hot air

I have HOT air coming out of my vents AT ALL TIMES. EVEN when its turned off. When on 0, I can change the controls to where the air is coming from but I cannot stop it from blowing. I've checked my "refrigerant" and its full. I'm assuming compressor? It worked fine a week ago but I very rarely use my A/C as my windows are always down but when its 90 degrees out I would prefer to NOT have hot *** air coming out my vents when my windows are down. Please Help

2003 SSS, 90k Miles.

I believe the compressor IS turning on but I'm not getting any A/C when its turned on. (I will double check tomorrow)

blower at 1-5 + a/c set on both sides = hot air out of selected vent setting (no cold air out of passenger side

blower at 0 + a/c on = hot air coming out enough to feel on my legs or with my hands in front of selected vents.

Whats a blend door motor and how to I find it?

Blend doors anit easy to get to, you have to take most the dash a p art to get it...they are little black boxes ....but check and see if the compressor. Will will turn by hand, if its hard to turn the compressor. Is locked up. You could and change the tube in the ac line look for a brass fitting near the dryer

Might be worth a try but my local dealership had an update for the A/C actuator system. My drivers side would randomly blow hot air for a few seconds then return to cold. They put the new program in and It never messed up again.

Set it to full cold and see if the accumulator under the hood is sweating and cold if it is the ac is working and it's a blend door problem. The first place to start at that point is getting the hvac reprogrammed their are updated calibrations to address this problem. After that if it's still acting up it will probably be a stuck blend door on one side or the other.
