A/C really does kill the gas

always have windows down...unless passenger wants teh a/c on...which the fiancee usually does.

our trucks have the aerodynamics of a brick...like a rolled down window will make it that much worse lol

whats some way to improve mpg..im still in shock here i just wen t from driving a beat down 88 honda crx to a denali!!!!

whta the best mods for improving gas milaige

e-fans?
throttle body spacer?
intake
exhaust??

I have tested it on my Saturn. I does make a differance. I get about 37-38 mpgwith A/C and 40-41 mpg without.

Throttle body spacer = waste of $$

The others would be good, but I think you will only see very small gains. For exhaust, make sure you get a free-flowing one. Some sound good but don't do **** for performance.

The best mod for mpg increase is total control of the right foot - IMO

Very true. No wonder why I have no money. It is all used on gas.
