cammed 4.8 sound clips?
Does anybody have any good clear sound clips of their 4.8's with cams, any cams big and small? I've been searching for awhile and have'nt found much not that I blame them 4.8 SUCKS

hmmm..
I also beg to differ here..
and I will use sierracrew if he doesnt mind..
Sierra puts down roughly around 300 to the wheels..
we have almost the exact same mods..
cam
valve train
at the time of the dyno we both had fans..
tuning.
what he spent on his cam is what anybody is gonna spend on a cam.
also it's the same for the valve train..
e- fans do vary in price. but they do the same thing..
and tuning is a flat fee..
although I know for a fact mine was cheaper than his..
as of yet with these mods. my little 4.8L has out run his truck( by ET only)
Curtis has done some mods and is hoping for some thirteens by this winter..
his heavy CC can move
If I was to spray it I would easily be running 12's and would soon be into the low 12's..
but nos isnt me..
I like the N/A approach..
I know you have your opinion, and your intitled to it
just didnt want the wrong message conveyed here that the 4.8L cant be made to move on a budget...
You just got to worry about that DAMN POS 60E

but to many guys have proved that the 4.8L can be just as lethal as the 5.3..
