I think he's talking about the $2,500 SLP kit:
This GM Truck PerformancePac contains the following items:
High-Flow Cold-Air Induction System (21051)
Stainless Steel "Shorty" Headers with Aluminum-Ceramic Coating (30152B)
Stainless Steel PowerFlo? Cat-Back Exhaust System (31051)*
1.8-Ratio Roller-Tip Rocker Arms (53305)
DiabloSport II Programmer with SLP Custom Tuning (27001T)
380HP Fender Badges
Dude, you gotta let us in on a little more info on the truck. 2 or 4wd? Reg,Ext,Crew Cab? Long/short beg? Tire size? Are you brake stalling or just punching it off the line? If brake stalling, how high?

This is the kit that I am talking about. I do a bit of towing so that is why I have an HD. Part of my point is I had an old 79 ford 3/4 ton 351 putting out 270 hp with 3.54 gears and could turn them tires off the line easy. Now have a 6.0 putting out 300 + what ever with these mods will actually add for hp, and 4.10 gears. But it doesn't have that turn em tire torque off the line. I don't believe that I should have to spend $5000 to be able to have that power. Is alot of this to do with the torqe managment?

No you dont have to.
This is what some of the guys will agree would have recommend and got 2x the gain as you did.
Custom tune PCM $75-$450 depending on which guy
Longtube headers $400-$700
UPD $200
magnaflow installed $120
Total $800+
Some has to do with TQ managment, how much do you tow?

It is a 4x4 extended and tow quads and camper on summer weekends. But should that matter with 4.10 gears on stock tires. It didn't on my old 79 4x4. Is the torque management keeping this thing from having that grunt it should have. Don't want to go buy a supercharger to have that. What info do u need. These trucks should be able to turn the tires stock from the show room with the hp, tq, and rearend they have in them. Or am I just totaly wrong about this?

A good custom tune may very well get your tires to turn,TQ management does have something to do with it,the diablo is suposed to have the option to minumize or turn it off doesnt it?
How big of a camper?

You know, I've got the 6.0 in my truck, I'm running the Wester's 91 Hot Tune, have 20" wheels and 305-50 tires, and my truck still won't light up the tires unless it's wet. But the good thing is that if I could do burn outs, my tires would need replacing on a more frequent basis.
Burn outs aren't all they're cracked up to be - I'd rather be at the top of the on-ramp doin' 90 instead of the bottom spinning my tires.

You have a heavy *** truck with giant tires,it would take a lot of HP to get that PKG. to roast'em
