the new warranty on clusters for i believe 03-04 is 7 yr 70k... so if you go talk to the dealer they should cover it for you, if they dont then you can call gm customer care, and tell them what year/mileage is on your truck, and they will give you a case number and the dealer will most likely have to warranty it..
if you go to the dealer they will probably just cover it without gm having to get involved
