they are dogs. my dad almost bought one but it was so slow he just couldnt do it. although they do have magnacharger kits for them. that might be cool.

They have the same aluminum 5.3 found in the TrailBlazer ext.
I beleive it's rated at 5 more hp than a regular 03-04 5.3 and they have a pretty cool electric fan on them. It would be an easy swap.
I tought they weighed around 5000lbs.

I remember starting a thread asking who would be the first buy and mod one when it was official that they were definitely going into production. If I remember correctly the answer was a resounding "no".

Funny you say that
I saw one at a cruise last Weds here in Elmhurst
Older guys
Guy removed the side steps/running board things...
Dumb *** added this full length 4" chrome side pipes - fake of course
then all kinds of BS pinstriping on everything - Looked terrible
Red color - everyone just laughed.

He was one proud ol fart
had the headrests lettered with red SSR
Doesnt know how to build one
so he bought a "show" car....funny but sad
