Default Chinese X Link?

I found a Chinese version of the X Link (called the Longyue X Link Adapter Module) for effectively $20 shipped. Has anyone used one of these successfully with a GMT-800 and a gold blade TB?

I have a TBSS intake/LS3 TB for my RCSB but I’m still assembling parts to complete the swap or I’d test it myself.

I've never had any luck with the original Xlink being reliable. Can't imagine the Chinese version being better.

So it's either a fake that doesn't work or could be an actual working reverse engineered product. If you decide to try it, use PayPal or have a way to get a refund.

If there were such a knock off that worked (that was cheap like this) I would not put it on something to critical like a daily driver but it could be useful for a cheap "sloppy" rig.

I will have it in hand (or at least a package from the company I bought it from) next week. I don’t have everything I need to swap the new manifold on - any way to test it prior to the full install? I have an emulated tech2 and hptuners.

just plug it into your harness and the TB, put the TB off to the side, you should be able to verify if it opens and closes or goes in to REP mode.

My truck will start and idles totally fine however when you hit the gas pedal nothing happens, it does move ever so slightly to about 1500 RPM but that's it. So I put a gold plate on to see if it would work on that and same thing except it doesn't idle as good. Just wondering if you had any luck with yours.
