Default Cluster issues, no speedo, tach, fuel gauge, radio, odometer

As the title says. Cluster issues, no speedo, tach, fuel gauge, radio, odometer, idk what is wrong. I have had this problem before. Fixed some tailight wiring and it all started working again. Same problem again, I tried doing the same thing but out hasn't fixxed it. Any ideas? Any help is greatly aporeciated. This is on a 2000 silverado.

Anybody? Could it be the cluster. Or does it sound like a wiring problem? I really need to get this fixxed. I don't like not knowing how much fuel or speed I'm going etc
