Color changing LED needles for 99-06 clusters

Honestly I can't remember. I know that this is an issue but I don't know the fix for it.

Oh wait. If the cluster is out of the truck and powered on for bench testing, will the DIC brightness still be on the dimmer setting for the interior lights when it was removed? I hope the answer is yes, because otherwise I have more troubleshooting to do. And I owe myself a smack on the forehead

@MagicianElectrician Ah damn yeah that won't be a good test subject lol

I am considering pulling the trigger on a "new" bluetooth stock HU but I am being a cheap *** and trying to stretch this one out...
If I get the new one I am going to want to do speakers and **** next.

I highly doubt it, that doesn't make sense to me. It doesn't store it, and the control for it is in the switch. I would think the switch is a potentiometer. The cluster should be full power if you connect it without that.

Well, hopefully within the next few weeks or so I'll be able to get this Z71 finished so I can just test it in the truck 😬
