Hello everyone!
Im looking to get a cowl hood for my 2001 RCSB silverado. My truck is in the shop right now so i need t make up my mind on which one to get so i can get it ordered and have it ready to paint asap. I have it narrowed down to the reflexxions cowl hood or the goodmark cowl hood. The guy at the shop said he could get the reflexxions cowl hood for $399.99 and that the goodmark would be more than that if i decided to go with the goodmark. He said the reflexxions comes with a life time warranty too. Which one do yall like better? Goodmark? reflexxions? Any info or experience with either of these?

Also, i was wondering if all of the cowls were the same height for these trucks? I would like to get one that is 2.5" or 3" if they make them that big. let me know yall! Thanks!

my brother just got the goodmark, and i was very impressed with it. i dont know anything about the reflexxion other than that they look good.

 

From what I've seen and heard, they're both good hoods, just slightly different cowl scoops to them. I think that the Goodmark has more rounded edges while the edges on the Reflexxion are a little sharper. The gap down the middle might be slightly wider on the Reflexxion also. Goodmark is GM approved for what it's worth. Personally, when I can take a small break from throwing my money at go fast mods, I'm going with the Goodmark....been wanting that hood for a long time.
