Default Dash Instrument and A/c Lights OUT!!

Hey Guys..i got a problem with my cluster lights and the a/c lights..stopped working.i recently was playing around with the connections to the stereo..and one of the radio fuses busted..replaced it and now the cluster lights and a/c lights don't work,

what could be the problem..any idea???

Check other fuses to start

i checked them all...but don't know about the ones in grey and black..the large ones'..

You checked the ones in the cab as well?

The large ones are for major(high current)systems.
Maybe you loosened a connector;check under the dash where you were working.

I kinda had the same thing happen for one of the gauge lights and a/c lights. I ended up just having Matt (tootall) do the LED mod lol. I think my lights just burnt out instead of the fuses going out.

I think i found out the Problem Guys..I was Readin and Investigating..
Certain wire that is connected to the switch called "illumination wire",that we use on our stereos is used to illuminate the gauges and a/c lights..if for any reason this wire touches groung,it triggers the bad signal to the switch creating a negative and messes the illumination switch (middle switch) and it doesn't make the lights go on...even if the fuse is good...
BAD THING:......Switch Costs about 65 bucks..

Anyone have a Switch for a 1999-2002 Laying Around somewhere..LOL...It may Help me and Naranjas...

65 bucks!!! check your local junkyards, maybe cheaper.
