Looking at the Meziere Pumps by the way.
Just trying to see if anyone uses a elc pump or know someone who has...also are these good pieces or not worth the money ...aka don't last long?
Basically any expericence with these?

Meziere makes nice pumps, however i would call about that before ordering one. Im 99% sure that one is made for the 5.7 vortec motors, not the gen III motors. The LS1 pumps are about twice that cost normally.

I woudn't order it online anyway so i'm good there. I live aboout 30mins away from Thunder and i get my oil from em so thats all good.
I was just wondering if the pumps are a nice piece.
But i will ask them this weekend if thats the right pump for sure.

They are a very reputable company and i know alot of f-body guys use them so i wouldn't worry about quality. Let us know what you find out, for that price i'd definetly be interested in one too

Not sure i understand? It's an electric pump so why would it need to catch the belt?

It just works like an idler so that you can keep your stock belt routing.

Look @ sig for water pump. Fits and works fine. Just put three gaskets back to back and you'er good.
