Default DIC Steering Wheel Controls '03 Silverado

My driver information steering wheel controls quit intermittently and work when they feel like it. Radio controls work fine. I have noticed a buzz type noise a few times when I turn, then they quit. After leaving my truck for the night, they usually work in the morning. Is there some type of slip ring in the steering column that loses contact? I want to know what I'm looking for before I tear everything apart. Any help is appreciated.

Looks Like The Most Likely Culprit Will Be Where The Airbag Wires Go Thru..... Looks Like There Is A Coil In There That May Have The Wires Going Thru It.... Thise Contacts May Need To Be Cleaned, Or Possibly Maybe A Wire Gave Up
