Do I need a charcol canister if I don't have emissions?
I'm trying to get rid of as much stuff as possible on my 6.0l since it's going to be an offroad only truck. And I was thinking that since there are some FI motors that are designed without a purge canister, for example all japanese sportbikes not legal for california. And there are the bikes that are legal in calfornia come standard with them. Is it possible to remove it or will it build up excess pressure in the fuel system?

If you remove the canister you'll have to vent the tank somehow. Hot gasoline evaporates and will build pressure. When cool, the fuel leaving the would leave a vacuum affecting fuel pressure. The EVAP line should be vented, you'll just have to find a safe place to have it do so.
