E Fans on a 02 Silverado?

I was wanting to install some electric fans on my 02 silverado. My question is where would you wire them up to so i can control them with my HP Tuner?

You pin #42 on the pcm. That is a switched ground that is controlled by the fan settings. You can do a search and find some write-ups on harnesses.
