Check your VSS also, I believe you have two of them on 4l80e. Remove and clean off with a rag. Reset all codes then take it out for spin. They have something to do with ABS Function, lite being on etc. Fixed my problem after 2 tranny failures. they might be gummed up and not reading properly. just a though, and it only take a minute to do. I cleaned wheel sensors and it did nothing. though BCM was bad too. Not so...

Whippled 496, you might want to check out 03 BLACKOUTSSS's thread about his brake problems, there's a TSB in reference to cleaning the mating surfaces for the front wheel speed sensors, sounds like your original problem. I'll bet that the donor EBCM isn't compatible since new codes popped up once you installed it...

Thanks Billy.
Well for those who care the saga is over . The new EBCM came in and I installed it. That cleared up the C0201 code. Then all that was left was the C0035 DTC just like when i swapped the EBCM out of the other truck into this one. This is the horribly embarassing part but i dont give a **** so i will tell you anyway. C0035 is "left front wheel speed sensor circuit fault. So in all my glorious intelligence, i thought the "left side" was the passenger side......WRONG LOL. So i took the speed sensor i picked up from the junk yard the other day ($6) and hooked it up on the DRIVERS side this time . That cleared the C0035 DTC. So at the end of the day i needed an EBCM to clear the C0201 (EBCM relay malfunction fault) and a front wheel speed sensor to clear the C0035 DTC.
