Default Extended Cab rear door conversion

Anyone know of or thougth of a way to make the rear doors on a pre 2007 extended cab open farther? Its just been something in the back of my mind to look into, especially everytime I need to open the back door in a parking lot.

Why? Never understood opening them up that far, you can get in just fine with them opening 90*s

when you are in the parking lot and you can't really open the passenger very well anyway, then the rear door is at a 90*, it sucks. I am so blessed with kids and a wife, and it can suck. Passenger door banging, banging, and banging.

see...can you imagine, my 10 year and then the 17month old crawiling over...then asking my wife to crawl over, hey wait minute, that doesn't have to be such a bad thing, her crawling.

Dewey I'm sure if you look long and hard enough you can find someone to help you open your rear a little further
